We work directly with local farming cooperatives across Puerto Rico to source beans that are as fresh as they are flavorful. Every harvest is small-batch roasted in 20–30 lb batches, so what reaches your cup has never sat on a shelf. This isn't just about great coffee, it's about building a supply chain that sustains the island's agricultural community for generations to come.
