ABOUT MHSAA

The Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) is dedicated to fostering excellence in education-based athletics and activities for students across the state. Since its founding, MHSAA has provided opportunities for young people to grow not only as athletes and performers but also as leaders, teammates, and community members.

MHSAA oversees a wide range of interscholastic sports, academic competitions, and extracurricular activities, ensuring that student participants are given a fair, safe, and supportive environment in which to pursue their passions. Through a commitment to integrity, sportsmanship, and respect, the association works hand-in-hand with schools, coaches, and families to enrich the overall student experience.

With championships, recognition programs, and leadership workshops, MHSAA continues to celebrate the hard work and achievements of students while preparing them for success beyond high school.
