About Us

Italia was created, in 1994, by Maria Lombardi. Maria wanted to keep the family recipes alive and get to share them with everyone. The first of three restaurants, opened in downtown Chicago. Maria and some of her closest friends are shown on the left at the flagship restaurant. She continued her success by opening two other restaurants, one in Miami, the other in Las Vegas. Italia has gained a reputuation for good food, service, and an atmosphere that can not be compared. Come see what we are talking about!
